The purpose of this study was to develop a strategy and develop a professional club-based approach to the padideh shahrkhodro mashhad Team using meta swot technique to identify the resources, capabilities and capabilities of the phenomenon of self-driving city using a resource-based approach. The purpose of this research is applied and the method is descriptive-survey. The data and information in the first two sections, through a documentary and library study, are then selected by purposeful sampling from 12 football pioneers and experts in Mashhad and Khorasan Razavi, It is provided. The results show that attention to the issue of growth and development of football at the basic levels and having a stable management of the club has the highest strategic fit with the goals of professional club development of Mashhad's phenomenon. In order to attract funds and settle in the big city, they have the most impact on the development of the professional club club phenomenon in the city. The most important competitors in padideh shahrkhodro mashhad Team are Sepahan Isfahan and Tabriz Tractor Manufacturing respectively in terms of professional club development.

The purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting the economic valuation of intangible assets of Premier League clubs in 2019. The statistical population of the study consisted of veterans, coaches, supervisors, and faculty members in the field of handball and sports economics. It was applied analytical research which was done through a survey. Snowball sampling was done. Initially, semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted for the purpose of identifying intangible assets. After reaching the theoretical saturation and coding, finally the important effective indicators were identified and extracted. After developing a questionnaire and content validation by 17 sports management and economics professors, the researcher distributed a Delphi questionnaire to veterans, coaches, and supervisors of Handball Premier League clubs and faculty members expert in handball. Delphi results confirmed the 45 extracted indices. The results of Friedman test showed that structural variables (3.5), communication capital (3.48), spiritual capital (1.88), and human capital (1.14) respectively were prioritized, respectively, They then plotted charts, maps, and analysis using Mick Mac software, and finally identified and ranked 20 key indicators in the economic valuation of the intangible assets of Premier League clubs. It is hoped that the findings of this study will be effective in providing a suitable model for recognizing the factors influencing the valuation of handball clubs and in recognizing more sponsors and facilitate situation for finding sponsors and creating a competitive advantage for club.

Purpose of this study was to compare fit of sponsors of Iran national volleyball team from participants’ point of views. This study was survey-based and has been used random sampling to collect data. Zdravkovic and collegues’ questionnaire was used to collect required data. For measuring fitness, nine micro dimensions and two macro dimensions were studied. For comparison of these dimensions, MANOVA and Scheffe post-hoc tests were used by STATISTICA software. Measurement and SEM tests were analysed by M Plus software. Results: Results of MANOVA tests showed that there are significant difference between micro and macro dimensions fit -except geography- between three sponsors, but post-hoc tests showed that there are not significant difference between different dimensions of fit between Day bank and Hamrah Aval and there are significant difference between all fit dimensions of Merooj and Day bank –except involvement- and also between Merooj and Hamrah Aval –except mission-. Measurement and SEM tests showed good results (fit) for three sponsors. Discussion: According to obtained results, for improving this win-win relationship, it is better that sponsors and teams focus on a fit relationship and if it does not seem fit from participants’ point of view, they should do some promotional activity for clarifying this relationship.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the performance evaluation matrix and strategic position (SPACE analysis) in sport businesses in South Khorasan Province. The method of research is based on the method of data collection, the mixed method (qualitative-quantitative) and on the basis of the purpose, is a type of applied research. The statistical population of the study included 48 managers of swimming pools in southern Khorasan province. The research tool was developed based on experts' opinions, exploratory study and rewriting of the basics and similar studies by the researcher, which determines the strategic position of the swimming pools in South Khorasan province in four indicators: financial strength, competitive advantage, environmental stability, and the power or attractiveness of the industry. To ensure the validity of the questionnaires, after compiling them, the opinions and tips of the professors in the field of sports business were used. The reliability of the questionnaires was also obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (α = 0.88). Data were analyzed using descriptive, inferential statistics (Friedman test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test), position analysis and strategic action matrix. The results indicate that the strategic position of sports businesses is in a competitive position And managers to maintain a business position, vertical integration strategy with high, vertical integration down, market penetration and market development.

The present study was conducted to Investigate the relationship between organizational intelligence and its dimensions with organizational entrepreneurship. For this purpose, 273 managers and experts from the Ministry of Youth and Sports were selected as examples.Subjects completed organizational intelligence (Albrecht, 2003) and organizational entrepreneurs questionnaires (Marguerite Hill, 2003). The test results showed: There is a significant relationship between organizational intelligence and organizational entrepreneurship.Also among the seven dimensions of organizational intelligence CE Fsharmlkrdy intensity relationships is at the highest level (704/0 r = ). then also knowledge application (691/0 r =), morale (686/0 r =), alliance Vtvafq ( 684/0 r =), eye Andazastratzhyk (628/0 r =), common fate (623/0 r =), appetite for change (592/0 r =), have the highest correlation with the CE. Results of the regression analysis step by step indicate three variables: the eye Andazastratzhyk (208/0 = B), Union Vtvafq (289/0 = B), and Fsharmlkrdy (34/0 = B), a good predictor of CE.The relationship between demographic characteristics and organizational intelligence and Organizational entrepreneurs showed no significant relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and organizational intelligence service experience unlike age and education level.

The aim of the present survey was The study of sport tourism Status in the city of Mashhad based on SWOT Analysis. it was analytical- descriptive and performed in surveying method. Тhе investigation statistic population was all the experts in the field of sport tourism in Mashhad city included professors, physical education experts, tourism experts and tourism tour leaders, that of this between, 105 selected as the sample in this investigation. Тhе measurement tool was a 49-question, researcher-made questionnaire which studied the factors affecting the sport tourism in five indexes economic and marketing, social and cultural, tourism attractions, equipment and facilities and sport events and services, in four components strengths, weaknesses opportunities, and threats. Тhе validity factor of the questionnaire was 0.83 through the kronbach’s coefficient. In order to analyse the data, the descriptive statistics methods including abundance, percentage, mean, and standard deviation and inferential statistics methods including single-variable t, the Freedman test, and multi- variate analysis of variance test were used. The results showed that from the view point of the individuals being studied, the quality of accommodations in Hotels as the most important strength, Lack of qualified personnel in different positions as the most important weakness, Despite of traded and vast market in Mashhad as the most important opportunity, and weakness in railway transportation as the most important threat, were in the field of sport tourism in Mashhad city. The results of F-test in the level of P≤0.05 for the strengths of 1.74, Weaknesses of 0.82 ,opportunities 0.23 and Threats 1.76 was observed, which indicate there isn’t significant differences among the views of different groups of experts about the the strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of sports tourism in Mashhad. In prioritization of indexes the tourism attractions were more effective than the other indexes.

The aim of present study was to predict the attitudinal and behavioral outcomes among professional Iranian soccer coaches based on Job Characteristics Model (JCM) perspective. 122 coaches responded to 7-point Likert questionnaire of job characteristics (Jacko, 2004). Results of Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) showed that there are job characteristics of skill variety (0.66), feedback from job (0.63), autonomy (0.60), specialization (0.55), task identity (0.55), problem solving (0.47), task significant (0.47), and information processing (0.45), respectively among soccer coaches. Results of Path Analysis (PA) for prediction of attitudinal and behavioral outcomes showed that these outcomes mainly created in soccer coaches by criteria psychological states (especially meaningfulness of the work). Thus, it seems that for creating motivational settings in soccer coaches on professional level needs to more stimulation of skill variety, feedback from job and autonomy, because of they gave positive reactions to their variety job and profession aspects of attitudinal and behavioral.

The purpose of current study was to identify and prioritize the evaluation indicators of the performancesoccer coaches in Iran premier league from the viewpoint of coaches and soccer players. Statisticalpopulation consisted of all soccer head coaches and coaches (n=72) and Iranian’s soccer players(n=277) in 10th premier league (2010-2011). Total population was chosen as the sample which, in last,70 coaches and 197 soccer players, totally 267 persons, participated in this study. The date wascollected using a five Likert-type scale questionnaire include 60 items by a Semi-Structured interview.The validity was confirmed by knowledgeable masters, soccer experts and coaches. The reliability wascalculated by Cronbach’s alpha (α= 0.92). Exploratory factor analysis with a Direct oblimin rotation,ANOVA with repeated measure and Bonferroni post-hoc at Panalysis. Based on the result of factor analysis, 57 items were classified into five factors. The mostsignificant factors in evaluating the performance of soccer coaches are Technical & Educational (15items), Behavioral and Cultural (13 items), Team and Personal Management (11 items), Preservationand Promotion of Team (10 items), and Experience and Background (8 items), respectively. Also, therewas a significant difference between the priority of all evaluation factors of coaches' performance(except between Technical & Educational and Behavioral & Cultural) (P≤ 0.05). Finally, sport expertsand managers can evaluate the coaches by technical criteria according to the high priority of Technical& Educational and Behavioral and Cultural factors in this study; and evaluating the behavioral andcultural skills of coaches is important because of their vast communication with soccer players.
